EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION PROJECT MANAGER - MEP MAIN CONTRACTOR - CORK

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is a leading Main MEP Contractor working on projects in
Ireland and across mainland Europe.

This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career with a

As a Equipment Installation Project Manager, you will be pivotal to
the development and completion of projects including the organisation,
scheduling, and implementation. You will work closely with a
multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to
successfully deliver cutting edge projects. Our current requirement
allows for a full-time position based at the Company’s project in
Cork.

The candidate will be responsible for the planning/coordinating and
scheduling of all process equipment installation on site. 

The role involves surveying each move in to identify risks before
generating & submitting detailed method statements, risk assessments
and lift plans to the client for approval.

The candidate will work closely with the Rigging Supervisors to ensure
the correct resources and equipment are available for each task.

On completion of each installation the Project Manager will complete
the required handover documentation and carry out client handover
walks.

REQUIREMENTS

Third level qualification in Engineering a distinct advantage.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in equipment installation.

3 – 5 years Appointed Person experience would be advantageous.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
